General Information

• Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am
• The check-out is at 11am. We prefer that the payment of room and services is settled by the night before You leave.
• We change bed linen and towels every 3 days but if You want us to change towels before then You can leave them on the bathroom floor.
• During the stay the rooms will be cleaned daily, except if the “Do not disturb” card will be hanged, which does not authorize us to enter the room, or if the room is left after 11 am. In that case the room will be cleaned, therefore, the following day.
• We kindly ask You not to smoke inside the rooms, You can comfortably do it on the terrace.
• For any theft or loss the Management declines all responsibility. In case You forget any item in your room after You checked-out, You will be contacted for the return: any shipping cost will be charged to the Guest. If it is not possible for us to contact You, the items will be stored for 30 days, after that they will be donated to those who may need them.
• It is forbidden, as well as not nice, to steal any provided item from the room. Any damage created or stolen item will be charged to the Guest.
• In case You decide to leave before the check-out day, the total amount of the stay will need to be paid anyway.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Our property is unfortunately not suitable for people with motor disabilities.

Reception is active every day from 8 am to 8 pm, we will be at Your disposal for any kind of information/need. In our absence, you can contact us at our numbers.
